· Is the best source of feed water for the boiler

Depending on the steam pressure, heat recovery from condensate involves installing

· Suitable piping for collection & transfer of condensate
· Flash vessel to generate low pressure steam to replace like steam from the boiler
· Flash steam condenser to generate hot water
· Collection tank & pumping system to transfer condensate to boiler feed water tank
